What kind of accommodation are you providing?

• Accommodation will be in tents or village type cottages with moderate facilities. Number of students in each tent/cottage would be according to the size of the tent/cottage.
  Hingolgadh – Village House type shelters, detached washrooms
  Jambugodha – Tents, make shift washrooms
  Little Rann of Kachchh – Dormitories with attached washrooms
  Parvati Hills – tents, detached washrooms
  Mithapur – tents, make shift washrooms
  Mount Abu – tents, make shift washrooms
  Greater Rann of Kachchh – Shelters, detached washrooms
  Dangs – Hostel rooms with attached washrooms
  Gir – Luxury tents with attached washrooms

What would be the charges for accompanying educators/teachers?

• One teacher each with a group of 20 students will be free of cost, any school wishes to send more teachers/educators would be charged on actual basis.

What would be the quality and frequency of food?

• Hygienic vegetarian food would be served including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

What is the cost of this programme?

• The camp fee structure depends on number of days, number of total students participating, place of the camp and travel expenses. The camp fee, in general is calculated on the basis of a minimum participation of 45 paid students. If the group strength is less than 45, the rates will increase proportionately.

What all are included in the camp fee?

• The camp fee is inclusive of accommodation, food and activities and exclusive of  travel expenses ( unless specified)

Will you be providing travel facilities?

• Travel facilities can be arranged on request, on actual basis and according to the group strength.

What would be the formalities to be part of this programme?

• Anubhav is planned as a joint programme of Anala and the participating
  School, hence there is a need for a MOU between both the parties.

What are the payment terms?

• Invoice would be sent to the participating schools immediately after the completion of each Anubhav camp. All payment transaction should be in favour of Ahmedabad Nature Lovers’ Association or ANALA by at par cheque or demand draft payable at Ahmedabad.
